The split was effective, but the price did not move up from it's post split close (.24 I think?).

However, I've been reviewing the charts and it looks like it could go up on a technical play.

Wilders DMI looks to possibly reverse
Fast Stochs crossing upward
Macd and RSI look ready to move upward

Any thoughts?
