Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. Announces Preliminary Agreement With 2.4 Million Dollar Revenue Potential Annually Thursday November 10, 9:00 am ET
MONTREAL--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 10, 2005 -- Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. (Other OTC:GENM.PK - News) announced today that the company's music division has entered into a preliminary agreement with famed producer Vincent Egret, who is best known for his Dubmatique, Rainmen, Chapin and Mellowman projects.
The basic arrangements of this union will include a three-year deal with periodic reviews for productivity. The contract will self-renew every year if certain key performance indicators are attained. Under the terms of this agreement, four individual projects will be released annually, and minimum forecasted revenues are predicted to range between 2.4 million and 2.7 million dollars per year. This figure is derived from estimated revenue of $4.00-$4.50 per unit for 150,000 units sold from each of the four projects.
