I have Scottrade and they have Level II for there customers if you have $25,000 in your account, well i dont have $25,000 hanging around LOL,

are there any companies or websites that offer Level II for a monthly fee?

Yes but its not realtime. If your daytrading then delayed level II will kill you. You must know right away were they are lining up and if it is getting push up or down.

Delayed is only good for someone that is not planning on selling and just interested in what their stock is doing.
