I'm holding it too Fatso, and here's some more news:

Universal Express Institutes 50MM Revenue LEAP Program
Business Wire - October 20, 2005 09:49

NEW YORK, Oct 20, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Universal Express Inc.'s (OTCBB: USXP), subsidiary, Luggage Express, announced its most innovative revenue program, which is the selling of Luggage Express Associate Program territories with a minimum 1,000,000 population to investors and business entrepreneurs.

"Initial territories will sell for an average of $250,000, which includes a Ford van, only a $10,000 down payment and a 10 year note at 2% interest for the balance. Complete training, postal locations, couriers and corporate accounts will also be provided. As the projections of these territories and financial potentials are examined, it appears to be an opportunity to enhance or 'leap' forward in the purchaser's business lives and our own", said Richard Altomare, CEO and Chairman of Universal Express, Inc.

"From providing existing postal locations, couriers, travel agents and hotels as potential customers as well as existing customers, the purchaser of our territories has a unique opportunity to be part of a new American industry of picking up luggage and having it delivered to the end destination for comfort, security and safety. We're looking for businessmen who agree that it's simply time to change old habits", continued Richard A. Altomare.

"Let's additionally examine the projected financial potential for the Company from LEAP. With only 200 of the 277 United States territories sold, Luggage Express will generate over $400,000 in monthly note revenues to further market Luggage Express nationally. In addition, the combined notes will exceed a minimum $50,000,000 in revenues for the corporation and add 200 motivated associates marketing and promoting their local Luggage Express business", added Keith Miller, LEAP Director.

"A site at www.myluggageexpress.com has been provided to record initial interest to reserve specific territories. Information will be provided for the opportunity electronically or by mail. Reservations may be held for 7 business days. Future LEAP prices may rise as revenues and business are more predictably established, however, we plan to honor today's listed prices until any price increases are announced", concluded Mr. Altomare.

What does this imply for company income in the immediate future? Have you heard anything new about the lawsuits? I find it really frustrating that the company cranks out so much supposed good news, but the stock does nothing. After a while the act gets stale. [Confused]
