Googled 1 week straight from midnight to 4AM (i **** u not) after hearing about avian flu pandemic, to find that nugget. i do not lie... look up my post, http://www.allstocks.com/stockmessageboard/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/f/7/t/001753/p/1.html?#000000 so far up 1000% (u see at the bottom i recommend NNVC and NMKT, there was a few guys who spotted this gold nugget that early and im proud to be one of them). eh not too big on that one anymore as its pretty high already, move your money into... SRGX.PK! i got in at .11 46K shares so far... eh im a leightweight at 5000$.. but a lightweight with balls to stick it out and average down with my weekly salary if it goes less heh.
not as big of a hype as avian flu... but hard $$$ contracts is worth more to me and shareholders long term.
Heres my Intro if any of you still care about what a newly graduated college kid has to say heh: a bit overplayed since 9-11/iraq, homeland security has flatlined a bit... But after katrina, cities are starting to spend that Homeland Security to evaluate their appropriate response to those kinda disasters (and also terrorism still) ... running exercises costs alot of money, and alot of city governments are starting to evaluate using risk modeling/simulation. Thats one of the main things this company does, check out their nice website... has US Air Force personel and DoD contract and more coming(according to CEO, those that can be announced cause some are security issues and will only come in company's revenue reports etc.). They evaluated security and set up some stuff for the Rockefeller center, if u dont know what that is, please close the goddam window. So they are starting to get a decent amount of work... This is one of the FEW reverse merger/pink sheets i recommend!(in fact i think NNVC and SRGX are the ONLY ONES lol)
Now this is what i think... they are valued at 7M. they have a (8.5M ongoing contract/3years)= (2.833M/63M shares)= .045 cents a share. current at .10 cents a share. but if they win just one of the contracts they say they are bidding for from 5-10M to much higher ones, this thing WILL skyrocket! they are bidding for 350M in contracts. no im not making that number up, look it up yourself. they wont win all of them of course. the CEO says a nice % of that they are confident they will win. If they even get 1 contract at 10M. then this share price is worth that alone. U might be saying... fudge that if itll only be worth the share price currently. Well u have to understand a company like NNVC will not make money for 3-5 years and need venture capital funding to further dilute shares and drive price down for institutional buyers. thats y i am giving NNVC a cold shoulder currently. the float for this is lower, 15M and ~63M shares!
i feel this is a VERY GOOD play... read the PR's and the quality of people signed onboard to realize this isnt some fake pink sheet scam POS. They filed for OTC status and they say flat out they are going to the OB soon, and after a few years a nasdaq smallcap listing (okay i am not gonna pump this up too much... many many years realistically if it survives which i cant gaurentee) ... this reminds me ALOT LIKE NNVC (minus the hype which of course helps). but i am not looking for 1000% gains. ill take a sell on half my position on each announced contracts they get, so this is a short term one for me... while i keep half my position after each contract, to safegauard myself in case it does ride up higher.
Good luck... hope u get in... DONT FREAKING SELL IF U DO! short term lightweights selling off drives me insane, (NNVC dipped down from .10 to ,08 after i recommended it hehe, drove me batty for days). ALSO i do want to mention negatives! theres always a downside! The share price dipped exponentially a week after the 5M DoD contract was public, to .018 cents... i looked at teh volume, and this only could mean MM's drove price down to buy in my opinion, u can correct me as i am not the greatest technical analysis guy or fundamental hehe. but it has been heavily traded since then and holding steady at .10-11. be4 that plunge had a nice base resistance of .09 cents.
Anyway i would love comments, anything to get attention out as i am sure people will realize that this is a good penny play to hold onto. even negative ones telling me why you dont like this stock. but please do the DD and read the PR's yourself. dont give me the its 'a pink sheet line' yet (unless the USAF employees actually stands for Union of the Sausage American's Fondation? and i was duped into buying heh).

I made some good money on NNVC. I picked that sucker at the right time. When you say Strat X will skyrocket....what pps do you have in mind?

TA says its in a down trend with more movement down to come. So what makes you think there is something that would change market pressures and force a reversal against the market?

i dont think .20 cents isnt a bad estimate just based on it got there a while back. so it can reach that area, but hold it we'll see what conttracts say. i am not sure how much of a pop a contract would make it go... .30 isnt reasonable of its a reputable contract. but make no mistake i am selling half my position if it goes up to .20 maybe buy back in if it goes cheaper on gap.
hey Ric, thanks for technical analsis, i thought myself after dropping from .13 it would go down but I put in * .11 and will use that as a baseline just in case, i am willing to put in 5K more if the price goes down to .07/.08 and panic lol if it goes lower(hopefully have the guts to hold if that happens ). I had a limit order at .105 past few days, finally bumped it up to .11 3:50PM today... then it slipped a penny to .10 cents on selling at the last few minutes at the bell which makes me think someone is trying to manipulate to get shares cheaper tomorrow. seemed too shady to me, but hey, ill get shares cheaper too if that happens, its kinda win/lose situation i guess.
its relatively new company it seems through reverse merger kinda slipped under my eyes. Got in at .11 just purely that contracts can be announced at anytime i want to establish a position. Also end of november, contract bid for Maine will be decided. i dunno if they will get it or not... but they are hometown players, so i think a good position until then might be good.
DoD contract for a .11 cent company is very optmisitic though, its like the government did half the DD for me hehe. plus Request For Information from the DoEnergy for 10M contract. All i am saying is put it on your radar, n' read the PR's, and get in if u want when u feel comfortable based on technical analysis or fundamentals. if u dont wanna get in now, thats fine by me. and it very well could go down more. just wanna get in be4 a 'pop' happens, which if u read the PR's could happen anytime.
the CEO puts his balls out there and says this company is getting attention and with so much stuff pending it gets me excited.

hmmm by skyrocket, i dont wanna claim 1000% like NNVC because i even thought it would take a year for them to reach a buck if it really was a legit company, and if it was a short term hype legit company to ride, maybe a month. it turned out to be a month long ride for NNVC, and who knows knows the future for that one. But i dunno its already pretty high and penny stocks can fall u know after a short term ride like that so i dont recommend it. i also recommended in that same link, FORG, SFE, NMKT which i have made money on this month . made money on a hurricane play GV, then tried again with 2nd batch of hurricanes and lost lol, but it went up 15-25% the following day after i sold. 2nd hurricane wasnt as good as the 1st as i sold too quick at a loss hehe. I think even though katrina hype has settled down, this is a pure fundamental play, u r waiting for million dollar contracts. i realize i kinda sprung this pick, but read some PR's and let me know if the idea isnt exciting and the contracts they r claiming to bid on.

i also think there are some that frontloaded at .018... i know it had some volume in that parabolic down-curve lol. but equally decent volume afterwards too, so not sure if the riff-raff is done selling their cheap shares. i am not sure what share prices averaged over that period (like whether most people got in at .018 or it traded at .04 cents throughout day, those frontloaders are only thing that scares me that this could go back to .05-09). wait and get shares cheap if u wanna get in closer to those prices. just holddddd and dont let go easily lol. 15M float we can buy that out! me and my coworkers prob got 75K shares total among us ... only 14,925,000M to go lol.

(checking my post at work ) thats a bad question really, (no offense). trying to predict pink sheets is like trying to predict who will win super bowl in the year 3000. my bet is on the Iraqi Dolphins heh.
i mean it seems to have good resistance today on lower volume, people seem to be holding either cause got in at higher price and some just believe its a good bet. i post in the raging bull site mostly and some guys bought at a runup while back to .20. some bought cheap at .06/.07. i dunno. if u can get a limit order filled, try that if u want to get in at less than< .10.
