If you do your DD you will stay away from this one. All you can hope for is that a lot of people do not DD and buy. It can be a good play as long as you do it and get out. Good luck.

I have only one rule when playing BB's or Pinks and that is that I won't buy or own any stocks that have known Reverse Splits pending...in this case 1:1250. I might buy WHLI at .02 somewhere down the road after it does it's 1:1250 split that would get the original price up to around 37 cents at current prices, but they'll just start printing shares again to get ready for the next R/S as the share price plummets 99% and they do it all over again....this usually is a recipe for disaster, there are exceptions, but not many. Just my 2 cents

This is purely a pump/dump deal. I am very good at predicting MMs' agenda. They will pump it to 0.0012 just before Oct. 25. They got paid for doing it. I will be out at 0.0009. Don't hold it for long. I have been expecting this game 2 weeks ago when the R/S is disclosed. Do what the MMs do -- pump/dump. I have been waiting for 3 hours to get in at 0.0002, but no luck. This game is for gamblers only. Good luck.

Just to know you can win the game of the MMs' monopoly, and how the pps of a stock is manupulated is a great triamph. WHLI will release a lot of good news in the next few days, and your wiinng stack will pile up. You will be glad that you have been to the wonderful world of R/S pump/dump game. Don't worry for the small fish this time. If you know how to fish, sooner or late you will get a big fish. Just be patience.

This is a good way to lose some money. I bought in at .0005, sold it back at .0005. There will be no run and if there is GLTY selling your shares. Took me 3 1/2 hours to re-sell my shares at .0005 and then it dropped to .0002 the next day

You got in too early, just wait for the day before the R/s. WHLI will pay the MMs to pump the pps to 0.0012. Timing is very important. This stock has been manipulated by the MMs for a long time.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 250 split. Pay date=08/18/2003. Capital Change=shs increased by 16 for 1 split. Ex-date=05/07/2001. Rec date=04/30/2001. Pay date=04/30/2001. Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 250 split. Effective date=8-17-04 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split. Effective date=12-1-04 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split. Effective date=3-7-05
Now there is a 1 for 1250 split comming.

A. WHLI has filed with the SEC for a R/S, effectively on OCt. 25th, 2005. But the effect has shown on the market, whch is overly sold. I belive the fair market value should be 0.0014. I am 80% confident the MMs will take it to 0.0008 to 0.0012 by that date, as the ceo badly needs it to save his face.

Furthermore how can he get an EPS of 0.0014 when his Q2 losses were $670K and Q1 losses were $640K. That justifies a SEC halt.

If this thing doesnt see .0002 today, it could be that jim is possibly partly correct about pps going up. Dollar wise it is better for M.Ms to clear out whlis share bank and run up price than for ceo to dump *.0002. That is with rs coming by nov 1.

The MMs will swallow the 0.0002 shares and unload them at 0.0008. They know how to maximize their profit. You don't make much profit at 0.0002 level. Just watch the pps movement for the next week or so. Remember, the MMs never sell cheap shares, they just accumulate cheap shares and unload them at higher prices. The whole game has been set: The ceo will pay what ever it takes to raise the pps to 0.0008 by the R/S date; and the MMs will do it at a cost. This game is for gamblers only.
