Newman Investments Ltd. to Acquire 100 Million SRSM Shares at $0.035 per Share
LOS ANGELES, CA, Feb 06, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Smart SMS Corp. (OTC: SRSM) (www.SmartSMSCorp.com) announces today that the Company signed an agreement on February 3, 2006 with Newman Investments Ltd. for the purchase of 100 million shares of SRSM for a total of $3,500,000.00, subject to due diligence and securities registration.
