To be honest, I wouldn't touch any of them.
PHXI is using pump and dump paid websites to push which usually means massive dilution
CNES is paying its management with shares because its so far in debt
GBLT has been kick off otcbb for not filing and probably will have a revocation hearing soon and has massive dilution problems. It is moving and could go to .0009 but I will bet it will drop fast afterwards.
GMCI is a reverse split P&D. with last on at 1000:1 and due for another one soon also promotes itself on paid P&D websites
CSJJ Its a holding company and might have been worth buying if o/s wasn't so high. Will almost have to do r/s before they can reverse merge or start a new business operations.
ITGJ Being pumped way to hard and still not moving. Pays for its recommendation on P&D websites. o/s quite large for a r/s only last year.
RNKE o/s quite large but out of all listed it has the fewest flaws. It could have a bounce since they finally filed. But I still don't like it myself but if you dead set on one this may be worth further dd.
