Ameritrade is re booting there servers they should be back up in 10 min or so

I've been using Ameritrade and haven't had any problems today.

Question.. On Ameritrade, how can I get time and sales for a stock I'm trying to buy? I got a partial fill, then it's been filled below, above, but hasn't finished my order.
Thanks ahead for any help.
