It is very likely undervalued. IMO it is trading at these levels because Ellis is selling additional shares. I believe that WHLI has increased the O/S by 68,000,000 in the last week. As those shares are sold, PPS goes down. I sent him an e-mail this morning asking for accountability and whether they plan to repurchase them in the future (I'm not holding my breath). The O/S is not incredibly large right now but if they keep dumping shares it will be in the future.

I think the CEO is running this one into the ground.

It appears that he is.

I will post more if I get another reply from him. Here is the entirety of our exchange so far (I haven't been very diplomatic):

Subject: Questions from an investor

1. WHLI stock price has been in a constant down trend (with a few pump and dumps along the way). Do you expect WHLI stock to start making consistent gains in the future? When?

2. Are there any encouraging developments that, as an investor, I should watch for in the future (if you can't answer specifically a simple yes or no would be sufficient)? When should I expect to see them?

3. It appears that your outstanding shares have increased recently. How many shares have been diluted and what can we expect in the way of dilution in the future?

4. Are there any reverse splits projected in the future?

5. Will we see any substantive press releases anytime soon? When?

6. What are projections for profitibility?

I believe investors are entitled to see a return on their investment. I would hope that you agree.

Thank you for your time and consideration

Started to go up weeks ago? It is at an all time low right now.

What do you have in place to increase share price?

What about my specific questions?

These questions:

Please respond to my questions. I don't appreciate seeing my money squandered away and I don't appreciate it when the person in control of my money refuses to answer my questions. These are questions that, as an investor, I am completely within my rights to expect to have answered. I DID email the "Investor Relations" link. If you don't like handling investor relations, perhaps you should appoint someone else to handle it.

This is not sufficient and I expect better relations than this:

"Dear investor
teh stock started to go up weeks ago,,,the retail market has been doing the selling,,we have things in place to get the price back up
Mark"

Sent Today:

Apparently you are not going to respond to my questions. Very troubling, very troubling indeed. You have no problem soliciting public funds but when you are faced with accountability, you appear to duck and hide. Since you are unwilling to respond to your investors, I did some research to find the answers to my questions.

I contacted the T/A and apparently the O/S has increased by about 68,000,000 in the last week. Allow me to remind you of your last (and only) reply to me:

"Dear investor
teh stock started to go up weeks ago,,,the retail market has been doing the selling,,we have things in place to get the price back up
Mark"

Take particular note of the line about the retail market doing the selling. It appears you are the one dumping shares. If you are increasing the O/S, don't try to deflect the question. Take responsibility for your actions. Investors are entitled to accurate answers when they question how the company is being run (whether you think so or not). Refusing to answer questions or giving misleading answers, is a very poor business practice and shows complete disregard for your investors. If you have no concern for your investors, make it known BEFORE they invest in a company that you are running. If you do take investor's concerns seriously, then be forthright with me. You have the ability to allay my concerns and make me feel encouraged about my investment. All that it would take on your part is:

1. BE HONEST with me.

2. Answer my questions

3. Tell me if the WHLI business plan anticipates generating enough revenue to support the company in the future (or do you plan to continue dumping shares to pay the bills?) The O/S is not particularly bloated yet but it IS growing. In the future do you foresee WHLI repurchasing the additional shares that have been sold?

You and I could have a mutually beneficial working relationship in the future if you take the time to respond to my questions and concerns. Whether I will be encouraging or discouraging future WHLI investments is up to you.

Great job! The price started to go up weeks ago. What stock is he talking about? The only arrow I see is down.........down........down day after day. The CEO doesn't know how to run a business.

I really have no idea why he would make such a stupid statement. Sounds like he is in a dream world.

His sponsorship in that investors radio show might show some gains early next week if we are lucky. I think he is going to be on the air Monday morning.

How prophetic is that? The day after he tells me this, we hit the dreaded triple zeros.
