You might be right. It looks like it turned a little at .475. It could be a pause on the way down or it could be turning North.

BAY SHORE, N.Y., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Windswept Environmental Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WEGI) today announced that its Trade-Winds Environmental Restoration subsidiary intends to open an Environmental Training Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to help with the clean-up of damage caused by Hurricane Katrina. Trade Winds expects to provide hazardous materials remediation training, and subject to acceptance by the State of Louisiana, mold remediation, asbestos and lead remediation training, for its staff and interested residents who find themselves unemployed due to this recent tragedy. Trade-Winds has been providing environmental training for over ten years.
