what happened to the dedicated qbid investors? i left for a week and i cant find a thread? father of two where are you at? the stock is valued at ten times the investment. the audit is in its final hour. cox cable picked up the company. they have their own studio. they will be profitable in less than six months. the new exchange will come soon. where did everyone go???

I like Q but several of your statements are not facts. The audit is in its final hours, how do you know that. The company still hasn't came clean on its O/S and float and still refuses to give out that information.
The stock is valued at ten times the investment? You know this how since they refuse to tell us what the share structure is.
The new exchange will come soon???? Same thing as above, how do you know this? And with even the best guess on O/S it is impossible at this point and time. The pps has dropped for a reason. It ran with 7.5 O/S and a float of 3.6 billion. That is all changed now.
Even if he dd retire his 53% and transferred to preferred, there is that 6 billion restricted and talk that he has added a few million every month to help pay for costs. But that is still unknown because the company refuses to tell its shareholders that they say they appreciate.

I have a problem with the numbers. Frank did this on last CC too. You can interpret them 3 different way and so you really still don't know the truth. The first I don't believe because preferred is never said as part of o/s but other do so I will list it. Here they are.
1) 14 billion + 5.5 restricted with frank holding 53% of that.
3) 14 billion o/s with 5.5 billion of that being restricted. (You could read it that way if you wanted to)
But at least he didn't say on the books this time instead of o/s, lol. Also the 10 times is based on presumed numbers from other factors. A best case hope of Frank's. But it doesn't make it fact just what Frank feels its worth. And the audit, I really don't think its soon. But not saying it is not going to happen. But until share structure changes it is impossible to go to a higher exchange. Frank says no R/S so not sure how they can get to a higher exchange.
But I like the price it is at right now as long as Frank keeps his promise not to dilute anymore shares. Looks like a good buy.
