I am in this one at 0021. The TA looks very favorable so today's .018 close is not a concern. I see a reverse H and S bottom forming, with the final shoulder almost formed, via a bullish pennant.

Look for higher lows in the coming weeks. Of course, news will trump TA but the TA is bullish. The volume is behaving properly (big on up days and lower on down days) and we have a cross of the 10 and 20 dmas coming.
