RMD Entertainment Finalizes Contract With Groove Mobile; Expands Distribution in Booming Ringtone Market Thursday July 14, 4:03 pm ET BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, July 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- RMD Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp. (Other OTC:SCXC.PK - News), finalized a ringtone distribution agreement in which Groove Mobile will distribute RMD's entire music catalogue. Groove Mobile works in affiliation with 5 of the top European ringtone resellers which include Orange of the UK, Eurotel for the Czech Republic, Telenor from Norway, Pannon from Hungary, and PTC from Poland. ``A ringtone is an audio clip that signals an incoming cell phone call. People are looking for a way to show their individuality and ringtones give them the ability to do that. One's ringtone, after all, says a lot about a person's taste in music, sense of humor and other personality traits. For years, mobile phone users have been replacing their standard ringers with popular music, television theme songs, comedy routines and funny quotes and sounds,'' stated Giorgio Costonis. Although ringtones are not new, they have just recently hit their peak. According to BMI, a U.S. performing rights organization, American ringtone sales reached $245 million last year, up from $68 million in 2003. This year's U.S. sales are projected to top $500 million. The European market is even larger than the U.S. market because ringtones were introduced earlier to mobile telephone subscribers. BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, Jul 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- RMD Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp. (Pink Sheets:SCXC), announced today that it has reached an agreement in principle with the Pickwick Group of London England. Pickwick Group, a major player in music and DVD distribution, will manufacture, promote and distribute RMD's music catalogue exclusively in the European Market to complement the North American distribution agreement with Bungalo Records and Universal Music Group.
"The negotiations on this deal went extremely well. We expect to review the contract with our legal team this week and sign the final agreement," said Giorgio Costonis, the President and CEO of Sciax and its subsidiary RMD Entertainment. "Our distribution agreements will now span the Atlantic. These deals give us access to the largest consumer outlets in North America and Europe. In addition, we have an international presence in all digital music hubs with deals in place with world class companies such as Apple's 'I-Tunes and Sony Connect'."
Release dates are expected to begin in January, 2006. Final release dates and promotion schedules are expected to be announced to the public in August, 2005.

Hey guys im not a basher at all i love seeing stocks run like this but just be care the the pumpers and dumpers group ( shakerz) are all over this stock so just be carefull

i think imo that after 4:30 tomorrow , come thur this will head north , for some reason i think the news from the call will be great news, along with the acquisition of RMD,(( like a contract or large order could be in the works IMO )) happy trading tomorrow.
