Any news of a buyout ? *issed off about the vote against back in June for 3.12....Are they waiting for a higher price. Don't know weather to hold or sell. Got in at .70

Is it at $.33 now? The chart doesn't show what I thought I remember. I thought it was above $1.50 for a little while. Charts don't show that.

We had a forward split recently, double our shares but 1/2 the price also.

Has been holding well since....waiting for an update about that new offer (if there's one?)
