I mentioned this a while back at .03/.04 and now it has crept to .045/.06. Any ideas what is going on?

Someone has been accumulating over the past couple weeks. Rumor of 8k coming soon and the company will soon be reporting and off the pinks. A good indication that there are plans for something big.
