Auction Mills Inc. Opens Online Shopping Portal and Moves One Step Closer

DALLAS, Aug 09, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Auction Mills Incorporated (Pink Sheets:AUML) announced today the opening of their online shopping portal. The company will continue to load new products into the store inventory as they arrive and become readily available. "Although we have not received our full inventory as of yet, I believe that we have some really great products on the new website and we will continue to load and offer even larger amounts of these electronics as they do arrive," said Jason Brola, Founder of Auction Mills, Inc.
Auction Mills has recently gone through a reorganization and changed their original business model of the eBay drop-off store to a more B-2-B approach and also has made additions to the company website to include the new "Daily Deal" and the retail shopping portal. The company will now focus on phase III of the new business model which will include the ability to offer auction services to businesses with overstock and dead stock.
In an attempt to create more value for current investors and future investors alike, company insiders cancelled some 218,000,000 shares out of their own personal holdings. The total number of shares outstanding as of July 9, 2005 is 107,075,000. "I believe that we have a real opportunity to build a great company that will supply the public as well as businesses with a variety of valuable services and the fact that Auction Mills has an estimated 5,000 shareholders seems to show that I don't stand alone in that belief," said Jason Brola, Founder of Auction Mills, Inc.
Auction Mills will start sending direct mail pieces out later this month. Starting next week, the company will kick-off some exciting new promotions and giveaways. Items to be given out as promotional prizes will include but not be limited to game consoles, televisions, small appliances, and travel destinations.
