This is a nice developing story for any one who is in this stock or following it. It is no longer being traded as an OB, but rather a PK. The company seem to some what be dumb founded why, there only say is they were miss understood in one of there filings sounds like a load of crap, I am ringing the register on this one all of my shares. NASSAU, Bahamas, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Environmental Energy Corp. (GEECF) (the Company) has been advised that its common stock is now trading on the Pink Sheets rather than the Bulletin Board. The Company believes that such change has been occasioned by the Company's filing on May 27, 2005, of a 15-12g with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to which the Company would not be a 12-g reporting company; however, the Company as a "foreign issuer" will file annual and semi-annual reports with the SEC as is required.
The Company intends to petition the Bulletin Board for re listing thereon based on the clear misunderstanding of the status and filing requirements of a 12g(3)2(b) exempt foreign issuer.

This is very interesting. I sold 1000 share yesterday. From .80 to 1.05 and I had no idea of this. Will be interesting to see what the price does today.
