Empyrean Holdings Inc. (EPYH) , a national real estate holding company, reported today that all required procedures for the payment of the 25% common stock dividend to EPYH common shareholders of record as of August 30, 2005 have been finalized. It is therefore possible to confirm at this time that the common shares to be issued for this stock dividend will be sent out shortly after August 30, 2005.

sure we can - but i will not i think the recent development will build shareholder value for long-term investors and for short-term traders at least back to .05 (... of course if they are telling the truth)
