Low float, almost 52 weeks bottom, FEMO.ob insider buyback shares (from yahoo.com), CNCN big firm contract and want to come to US...At this time, everything seem good this is why I said they will probably move...

Don't know anything about CNCN but be careful with FEMO and take a close look at the form 4's. The bulk of them are not insider buys.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly Upside. I just check again and for me, insider or not, a buyback it is alway a good sign. They buy ovr .02 and I bought it under that. Now, I estimate the float at 20m. With some buying pressure this stock could run fast...

They were share issuances to the principals of the company in lieu of pay. That's dilution. This stock was diluted by 50% in the last couple of months. Keep your eye on it, it might pop but in my opinion, it's heading down. Good luck to you if you buy it, I hope it works out.

i would stay away from this stock also, lots of dilution going on the past few months and A/S increased to 500 million, from the 10Q-

amendment of our Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares from 75,000,000 to 500,000,000

FemOne, Inc., a publicly-traded Nevada corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FEMO), announced today that it has successfully closed a financing where it will raise gross proceeds of $1,500,000 from the issuance of 8% Callable Secured Convertible Notes (the "Notes"). Proceeds from this financing will be used for business operations and global expansion.

The three-year Notes are convertible into shares of the Company's common stock at a conversion price equal to (1) the average of the three lowest intraday trading prices for the Company's common stock as quoted by the OTCBB during the 20 days prior to the date of conversion, or (2) $0.40 per share, whichever is lower. The Warrants will have a five (5) year term from the date of issuance.

Only with cash reserves and working capital the value of FEMO was 0.011 USD/sh (based worth 840000 USD for 77000000 sh) end of first quarter! With 700% growth in sales year-to-year and ongoing representative network in process, FEMO is too undervalued today for staying at this level!
