It seems to me that the the CEO of GRYF ROBERT DOHERTY, is the same CEO of UDVE. And we all know what happen with UDVE.

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Jul 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Greyfield Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRYF) announces the resignation of Robert Doherty, effective from July 1st, 2005. The new management team at Greyfield Capital will strive to have an open relationship with all of its shareholders. A number of innovative initiatives will now be launched. Within the next few weeks, the company will activate an investor relations hotline and shall also initiate the hiring of an outside investment relations firm to increase investor awareness of the company.
