This company AACS has been showing great technical patterns for quite awhile now. Looks like an accumulation cycle through a tight range this year of .015 - .035 has been starting to wedge up. Here is a link for the chart for quick review
you can see in this chart that it has been building off a great support line of .02 for awhile now- with a wedge pattern building from the peaks of september 04` and early january 05`, forcing this to coil up nicely. Looking at cash flow from may-june you can see it is increasing significantly, i'm sure this is in anticipation of a breakout. A break out of .024-.025 could indicate higher highs to come. I will be adding heavy if this happenes.
The company itself is extreamly undervalued trading with Price/Sales 1.39 and Price/Book 1.17 ratios trading barley over 1. Not to mention growing revs from their wholely owned subsidiaries (IMW & CMC). The company itself is ghostly undernoticed and the CEO seems to recognize this- recent quotes indicate he has taken steps to highlight their growing revenues and decressing opperation losses. Also has even hinted at a possible move to the AMEX- You can find a letter to shareholders at this link below and i encourage you to read it. http://www.aacssymbol.com/presidents_letter.asp
AACS's latest annual financials also reveal a revenue increase of over 30%, also losses were 22% less than last year. 1st quarter numbers should be out soon and with their subsidiaries, International Machine and Welding and Chariot Manufacturing Company, the growth in revenues should continue- - this would force P/E and P/B ratio to shrink even more- This company wont stay undervalued and unnoticed for long- This is a great chance to establish a swing possition going into the next 1-2 months with targets that could reach .2-.4 cents. The small float and accumulation patterns it exhibits could indeed forcast this to happen. I encourage you to read recent 10q/kb as there is great additional company information i have not put into this letter. I also encourage you to do additional DD and read up beyond the initial assessment here. This to me, looks like a great one to play this year. With the overall markets showing great strength- it looks like we could be going into a nice bull run to end out 05`- Undervalued companies with growing revs such as AACS will be sure to benefit tremendously.

these are for the one subsidairy IMW- International Machine and Welding - I'm interested now how the overall 1st quarter 10q will look when Chariot Manufacturing numbers get thrown into the mix too.

I.M.W (International Machine and Welding) caters to the heavy equipment industry. There are only a few of these facilities in the US capable of performing this service. IMW/accs is the top company in the southeast. IMW operates three divisions that provide specialized machining, repair and remanufacturing as well as part sales internationally.

AACS They have 3 divisions: IMW (International Machine and Welding), Chariot Manufacturing and a stake in American Fiber Green Products.
IMW: Major business is the retooling and rebuilding of heavy equipment, especially phosphate mining equipment. They have the capability to retool huge machinery on their specialized equipment. There are only a handful of companies in the U.S. that can do this. They have recently landed some major jobs for a Nuclear Power Plant in Florida and earned a bonus for quality of work and finishing the project on schedule in the middle of 3 hurricanes. IMW also remanufactures heavy equipment, such as bull dozers. There customer base is growing and they have a niche market that continues to grow. They were cash-flow positive the last quarter and look to turn profits real soon.
Chariot Manufacturing: Chariot is what everyone is excited about. Chariot manufactures and designs the best Fiberglass trailer in the world. Its reputation among Motorcycle owners is phenomenal. The testimonies of Chariot owners are unbelievable. It is the cream of the crop in motorcycle trailers and is venturing into many different avenues as well. They have the molds already in house to manufacture a bass boat called the Eagle II and also have business with a major auto manufacturer that customizes vans. Chariot has already started working with the van customizer and is making many custom parts for the company such as van tops, fender wells, mud guards...etc..... The potential of Chariot is unlimited because of its ability to make fiberglass parts (turnkey). The are working on many different avenues of business and will be rapidly expanding into other markets as they grow.
American Fiber Green Products: This is the new edition to the AACS family. AACS took a percentage stake in AFGP a couple of months ago. AFGP will be trading very soon on the OTCBB. AFGP owns patents to the manufacturing of a indestructable hybrid material using recycled fiberglass. This environmental friendly procedure has been recieved very well by many world governments and organizations that deal with environmental issues. The company mines landfills and removes buried fiberglass for a fee, then use the material to create an indestructible hybrid material. Products that they can use this material are: Railroad ties, park benches, sea walls, planks for contruction (artificial timber) and a long list of other applications. This company will be selling liscensing agreements to larger companies and governments as well as producing their own product line for resale. The industry AFGP has its foot in is a Multi-Billion Dollar untapped industry. The sky is the limit.

I believe that AACS is the most undervalued otcbb stock out there. You can't find a value like this anywhere. To double digits real soon imho. DCP

I think its obvious by recent volume this stock is under accumulation and there is a reason why. THE STOCK IS TRADING UNDER BOOK VALUE & CAME OUT WITH GOOD NUMBERS. Any positive changes to capitol structure through revenues or share buy back will only cause the stock to become fairly values. You want to buy stocks when they are under valued to book. AACS IS EXTREMELY UNDERVALUED. Vol, is a ,sign, one that i believe is the best technical indicator. Without volume other indicators are weak.
this is not a day trade but i think once people discover this stock it will start to really move. Someone wants shares this is obvious.

Since we are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, we cannot divulge the details, or the name of the company involved. We are excited about the possibility this presents to Chariot and to American Commerce Solutions. We feel partnerships allow us increased opportunities for growth. Chariot was recommended to the group by one of the domestic auto makers because of the quality of its product and its aggressive business model."

This is really going to get the exposer growing around us!! Just one of their subsidiaries too, finally chariot gets it's chance to shine with a huge partnership along the sides of giant names like ford and harley.
just goes to show the company should be serious now about their previous annoncements of a move to amex and a possible share buy back.

AACS will gap up in the am on this news. I talked to the CEO a few minutes ago. He said the joint sponsorship with Ford and Harley would put Chariot on the map and the exposure gained by this venture could be worth millions of dollars to the company. I asked about the stock buyback program and he said it was still in the plans when certain milestones are achieved. This one is a jewel!
