The WGL Signs Deal with NorthStar Vision, Inc.

ORLANDO, Fla., Mar 7, 2005 -- The World Golf League, Inc. (WGFL) announced today that it has signed a six-month contract with NorthStar Vision, Inc. of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the leader in golf television production. NorthStar, who recently produced the history of the Ryder Cup for NBC, will act as co-executive producers for the WGL Million Dollar Shootout reality television series, which will air this summer on a major national network.

"This represents a major milestone for the WGL Million Dollar Shootout to be able to attract one of the nation's leading golf production companies to act in the capacity of executive producer. NorthStar, with its unique network resources will add tremendous value to this most exciting project," said Mike Pagnano, CEO, The WGL, Inc. "We are thrilled to be part of the WGL Million Dollar Shootout and are certain that this concept will be a major television success over the next several years. We have not been involved in such an innovative concept and look forward to the production and airing of this exciting event this summer," said Roy Hamlin, CEO NorthStar Vision, Inc.

The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.

The World Golf League (WGL) is a four-year-old corporation based in the golf capital of the USA -- Orlando, Florida. CEO Mike Pagnano founded the WGL in 1999 to capitalize on the largest participation sport in the world, 26.5 million players in the U.S. alone and over 60 million worldwide.
Additionally, the WGL has enjoyed significant national publicity, including the Golf Channel, Sports Illustrated, several major market newspapers and regional golf publications. The WGL satisfies a need for the average golfer (which represents 95% of the total golf population) to compete in professional-like conditions with the excitement of prize money. During its market research, the WGL concluded that given the opportunity to "play for pay," the vast majority of golfers would participate. Amateur status was not a deciding factor since most of these players would never play in a USGA-sanctioned event.

Competition and prize money was, in fact, a "Field of Dreams'" comparison. No organization to date has challenged the golf establishment and its rulings on Professional and Amateur play. In fact only 3/10th of one percent of the U.S. golf population actually qualifies to play in USGA-sanctioned competitive events. The WGL is the venue to fill that void. In cooperation with the USGA, the WGL plans to make the USGA GHIN system available to all of its members, in order to encourage verifiable handicaps and maintain the integrity of the game and WGL events.

In fact, the WGL plans to work closely with the USGA to offer its input and member surveys to determine the possibility of considering changes to the current amateur rulings specific to monetary winnings. As projected membership grows to over one million strong by 2006, the WGL will have succeeded in creating the largest professional tour in the world. This will be a tremendous asset to the golf industry and sponsors alike. The WGL, along with the rest of the golf industry, has one common goal, to perpetuate play and interest in the game...
