EGOC, is a monster stock soon to be discovered and ready to explode soon. It may takes hours, days or even a few weeks. But this will be huge. I have provided information and some some facts. But you need to do your own research to decide? I think you will be impressed.

I believe most people will be caught off guard who are hoping to get in at the right time. When this runs, it will explode and not come back down!!!

I truly believe how the company is progressing, by the end of 2012, with modest projections; this could be easily be a 25-50 million dollar company.

EGOC, Most undervalued stock of all history. Trading only at 0.0020 today! The 2012 revenue should hit at least $10 million without anymore contracts which is very unlikely. This company is already worth today around $4.5 million (this very moment!) and they have no debt. Insane to be this low! It will run one day run to 0.05 or higher without anything else happening. Just with smart investors who want to make 2000 - 5000% and who have even a glimmer of patience. And that run could happen anytime?

The new management in the form of Ray Brown II engaged and in a huge way. All of a sudden EGOC which had been quiet for 8 months has come out of that quiet period and have begun to deliver each time he said he would. And allot more to expected to come that is in the works. But just with the Master Lease contract and later acquisition of the company, the 2012 revenue should hit at least $10 million without anymore contracts which is very unlikely.

EGOC's Cash Flow = 4,500,000
EGOC's O/S = 620,000,000
Price/Cash Flow Ratio = 10 (Very conservative number)
PPS = 10 / (4,500,000/620,000,000)
PPS = .0725 TODAY using only a 10 P/CF!!

EGOC's Cash Flow = 4,500,000
EGOC's O/S = 620,000,000
Price/Cash Flow Ratio = 20 (Conservative number)
PPS = 20 / (4,500,000/620,000,000)
PPS = .145 TODAY using a 20 P/CF!!

Boca Raton, FL - Energy 1 Corporation (OTC: EGOC) has reached an agreement to start offering eco-friendly vehicles to Master Lease customers. Master Lease is a Colorado based truck & trailer leasing business specializing in equipment for owner-operated and small trucking companies that serves a nationwide client base.
As part of the agreement, E1 will begin to integrate ExhausTek technologies - as well as other licensed products - into retrofit vehicles for lease or sale to Master Lease customers. The intent for E1 is to grow a portfolio of over-the-road vehicles that have been retrofit to meet both current and future emission standards while offering the consumer an economic solution verses total vehicle replacement.

BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Energy 1 Corporation (OTC: EGOC) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire the majority of the assets of Master Lease Owner Operator Services (MLOOS) while integrating all current and future business under the E1 brand and management on a going forward basis.
"This is a significant deal and a major step forward for Energy 1 and its continued relationship with Master Lease and their affiliated companies," said Raymond T. Brown, Chairman of E1. "This acquisition adds $4MM to $4.5MM in and annual cash flow to the Company immediately while only representing a small portion of ML's current customer base. We believe it's a business model that can grow substantially and we'll seek to expand this platform for all future E1 customers as we add to the overall fleet portfolio."
Middle East progress (early stages with eye on the prize 14,000 buses = 10’s of million in revenues on a very conservative estimate even if a contract comes in with only 1000-2000.
They made it through first rounds of testing. Mercedes Bus being fitted with ExhausTek to complete in-use protocol testing. Still very, very much in the game on this one

Plus other prospects and opportunities being discussed that can turn into a nice P/R at anytime.

I've done quite a bit of digging into EGOC and I'm planning on getting in long term next week. I'll be keeping my eye on this one for a while.

The Chairman has set up an investor forum off of their site that is a very interesting read and nice to get his point of view on the important issues. Here's the link if anyone is interested.

I agree. Trading at such a undervalued price. Huge entry point price right now! Allot in the works and already with 4.5M revenue

18 November 2011
Middle-East

As was reported earlier, the bus selection for the program was determined to be the Mercedes Benz O 457. As we have discovered, this model represents the majority of the buses in use by the operator. This great news as much design work has gone into configuration. We are pleased to report, that upon successful integration and 3rd party verification, the Agent has confirmed the opening order to be several thousand units. As such, we are in high gear and very hands on with our fabricators to get it right. The Agent seeks to return next month.

Manufacturing

Also as was reported, ITE Pacific has brought on some new engineers to specifically help with design and fabrication. This is really progressing well as we are now discussing licensing opportunities for various products within China via ITE. Its early in the process, but we are anxious to see this kind of business develop, as well as straight manufacturing of our products for sale within the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in light of recent developments in Australia and their adoption of a carbon tax to be implemented next July.

And finally, the “other” Chinese manufacturing company with whom we are working has made indication that they would like to aid in the financing of the middle east project as well as being a potential funding source for US trucks within the E1 Leasing portfolio. This is encouraging as sourcing financing through vendors is a win for both sides.

Note from Chairman Raymond Brown posted 11/20 on http://www.energy1corp.com

20 November 2011

CH/POV • On Decisions, Motives & Shareholder Participation

Sometimes . . .

As an officer and director of the company, I will continue to act in what I believe to be the best interests of the company as a whole. Sometimes these decisions are to ensure survivability. Sometimes they are to aid in the continued development and desire for growth. Sometimes these decisions may have a short term effect, as sometimes these decisions will be perceived as positive, and sometimes they will be viewed as negative.

And sometimes there will be disagreement over which one is more true than the other - disagreements among and even within: affiliated entities with which the company is doing, or is seeking to do business; employees of either the affiliated company and/or this company; and, finally, disagreements among and even within the investors and shareholders - the last two of these not always being the same thing, whereby the latter often assumes they are the first.

The only thing these four groups share in common is the desire for the company it succeed - the how and why are often very different from one another; as it is also common that not only will each measure success differently from the other, each of these groups carries a different motive, even though they might sometimes think they are the same, or occasionally share common ground with another. As such, it is not always possible to please everyone all the time, and any assumption that we could is a utopian dream, even though we base each decision with the intent to do so.

In conclusion, I will reiterate that we the officers and directors of the company, including myself, will continue to act in what we believe to be the best interest of the company as a whole; and we hope that most will share our vision while we try to keep those opposed to a minimum.

*Note: Some may have questions or concerns and we will do our best to address them on a case-by-case basis.

Establishing a Line . . .

As it relates, I wish to make it clear that it is inappropriate for me or anyone affiliated with the company to discuss future decisions the company might make outside of supposition of what might be. When it comes to the actual decision, or the actual dealings, shareholder involvement is not only inappropriate, it is also potential interference.

While the motive of verification of material information is understood, it is interference nonetheless and has in fact caused damage in some cases, despite the assumption of innocent inquiry or clarification. The unfortunate result of this continued action has caused us - the management of this company as well as the affiliated business with which we are doing, or seeking to do business - to rethink how much and when we disclose verses our desire and obligation to do so.

This should not be viewed as a threat or punishment, or that the company will suddenly go quiet. Rather, it is a reflection upon our excitement and fervor allowing many to become too exposed to the day-to-day inner workings of the company and how that exposure has inadvertently effected business or the overall market's perception of things in general.

Or goal is to minimize (or ideally, eliminate) this going forward; we’re just not sure how as of yet. ~ rtb

The Chairman, Raymond Brown also contributes frequently to the EGOC Investors group on Facebook.

Thus far he seems to be very transparent and answers the tough questions which is more than I can say for most PINK execs.

Take from it what you will.

It is on of the few sub penny stocks holding value with much anticipation of more great things to come!
Already the company is worth at least 4.5 million. Very under valued!

I guess this is no longer a serious board when looking into potentially huge stocks that could run any week. I used to belong to this board 6 years ago but now see it no longer has a good following. Anyway. I truly believe this stock will be a huge runner IMO

Best of Luck and success!
Check back in a month?
