but it can't be obtained cheaply. very small float. no sellers. When the MM's come in and accumulate this again (check the charts the past 6 months) it will shoot up. I figure they are waiting for it to hit .02 before they run it again. But nobody is selling any significant volume below .03 Or they may be waiting for the company to file their financials and drop the "E". Could be that those financials show more revenue than expected (although ANY revenue should pop the stock).
company was an inactive shell that now has new majority owners, board, and a new business plan.
