B: EquiFin Obtains Extension of Time to Rescind Sale of Factoring Accounts

SPRING LAKE, N.J., Apr 26, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EquiFin, Inc. (OTCBB:EQUIE)
(the "Company") today reported that it has negotiated an extension of time by
which its previously reported sale of its factoring portfolio to Coast Capital
Partners can be rescinded. The date by which EquiFin or Coast Capital Partners
can rescind this sale, at either's sole discretion, has now been extended from
April 15, 2005 to May 16, 2005.

Pretty much every pick on allstocks is a group play, it doesn't really make much difference so long as you trade wisely.

It's a genuine pick whether it's being played by a group or not, just check its news!

And if you know it's a group play, don't dump your shares on the bid - it ruins it for EVERYONE involved.

Ask is .06

each MM is only sitting on 30k of shares now, more volume required for this to take off.

SCHB moved back to .08 from .05 when 30k of shares were bought up.

2 MM's left to .08 and it'll hit microcap trader.

They've been making some 'errors' regards to the last couple of transactions, trying to keep the %gain down.

All it needs is the volume, I picked up more @ .055.
