Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the ‘hidden’ confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights.

in.out-burger,

Have you yourself listened to the interview as I requested? I appreciate you taking the time to post the recent filing however my contention is that the information lacks significant relevance due to it being outdated by about 4 months. As you know, a lot can happen in 1/3 of a whole year.

Don't get me wrong, it is worth noting the past misfortunes of Lott and this company but more importantly it allows us to have a benchmark from which to judge his progress and the company's as they go forward. Obviously, if we see another filing such as this going forward, I too would be concerned. I'm confident in saying I just wouldn't bet on that being the case.

My initial thought after re-reading what you posted was that Lott sure has sacrificed his personal financial well being for the company. I feel sorry for him but you see, I want a guy who's ass is on the line and has something significant to lose just like I do as a shareholder. I want the CEO to have skin in the game like this guy does. I want a guy who knows failure is not an option because he has too much riding on his success.

It does appear to me that Lott made some decisions that proved costly, likely most costly to him personally. I would believe it's been a hard lesson learned. He is not the only one I've seen be lead astray by those who seemed willing to help. It's not easy for companies or management of this size to find good alliances and partners in the form of financiers. What's done is done and if there is one thing painfully apparent, it's that Lott is a fighter. He took some punches but he's still standing. One might even argue he and the company are in the process of throwing a few back.

Another thought that comes to mind when reading your post is "that's exactly why the stock is where it is at .07 instead of .30-.40. I again believe the market has priced in failure. It has discounted the value below fair value based on exactly what you posted. As noted earlier, this leaves a lot of room for improvement.

You see, I don't care if you bash and I encourage you to excersise your right to freedom of speech. Perhaps there are things I've missed although so far I can't think of anything you've sited that would be worthy of making that list.

The stock itself continues to tell me far more than any single poster in this forum. It just doesn't want to go lower and pullbacks continue to be accumulated. If last Friday's anomoly hadn't occured, I'm confident we'd still be at around .10 or better. The shares tape action are clearly telling me the stock seems to want to go higher and that news may be forthcoming.

It all boils right down to execution. The bar in the form of expectations has been so lowered that any surprises may have a dramatic upward effect on the value of the shares. My guess and my money is bet on the company being on the verge of a major change in fundamentals, followed by a change in perception and subsequently value.

At this price, I'll risk a couple of pennies anytime if the upside is 10-20 times that in the short term. You won't find better odds or a more compelling risk/reward ratio in the stock market.

Good luck to you and thanks for playing the devils advocate.

J
