I was one of those who got stuck in this as the SEC investigation came to light, so I'm sitting with a few shares. (blind faith will kill ya) I've written it off but kept this on my screen to see how the SEC handles the investigation and to see what news comes out. I noticed today that MLON has removed the PR regarding their re-statement and SEC investigation from their news line. Is there a certain amount of time they are required to show this and then can remove it after that time?
