HEE Corp Pilot Project confirms promise for Type II Diabetes

HUTCHINSON, KS. March 22, 2005 -- HEE Corporation, Inc. (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets), whose product is HPB-84, a nutraceutical developed in India, announced today information regarding their pilot project and their distribution.

"HEE Corp continues to generate solid marketplace interest in its Type II Diabetes nutraceutical, HPB-84, and it has developed a base of enthusiastic and satisfied users," explains Herbert Becker. "Since joining HEE as the Interim-CEO and Chairman of the Board a few weeks ago, together with members of my staff, we have conducted a thorough review of the Company's business and its impact in order to determine how to accelerate marketplace penetration."

With this in mind, the company is on the verge of opening an e-commerce site to sell its product, worldwide. The company is also looking at other forms of distribution through established e-commerce sites as well as "bricks and mortar" outlets.

Regarding its pilot project

"As the pilot program initial findings begin to emerge", says HEE President Radley Brooks, "I think that there will be some confusing info going out with the current results and comparing them to Ron and Stan (two of the original users of HPB-84). One thing the public should know is that the product was administered in raw form to Ron and Stan while overseas. They had to hold raw, loose herbs in their cheek for 30 minutes and then swallow. The tablets are going to take longer than the raw form held in the cheek. With the pilot project at PRN the patients were given a titration schedule where they increased the dosing each day. This was done to give us an idea of an effective dose based on weight. I have no doubt the product will have the same effect, but it will take longer given the administration through the digestive system."

Of the nine individuals who have started the 12 week pilot project, 4 have now completed their mid-point (6 week) lab studies. The 12 week pilot project is projected to be completed by the end of May.
At this point in the project no conclusions can be drawn. These observations, however, have been made:
? All nine have tolerated the nutraceutical well.
? Several patients have needed to reduce their oral diabetic medications or insulin.

Forward-Looking Statements:

Statements in this release that are "forward-looking statements" are based on current expectations and assumptions that are subject to risks and uncertainties. Actual results could differ materially because of factors such as: entry into markets with vigorous competition, market acceptance of new products and services, continued acceptance of existing products and services, changes in licensing programs, product price discounts, delays in product development and related product release schedules, sales channel disruption such as the bankruptcy of a major distributor, and reliance on sole source suppliers for key components that could result in delays in product delivery. Also, any of which may cause revenues and income to fall short of anticipated levels; technological shifts; the ability to have access to distribution channels that are controlled by third parties; the risk of unanticipated increased costs; the continued ability to protect the company's intellectual property rights; adverse effects on our business that might result if an unauthorized disclosure of a significant portion of our formula were to occur; the ability to obtain on acceptable terms the right to incorporate in the company's products and services; changes in product and service mix; maturing product life cycles; product sale terms and conditions; the risk that actual or perceived vulnerabilities in our products could adversely affect our revenues; implementation of operating cost structures that align with revenue growth; unavailability of insurance; uninsured losses; adverse results in litigation; unanticipated tax liabilities; the effects of terrorist activity and armed conflict such as disruptions in general economic activity and changes in our operations and security arrangements; the effects of a major earthquake, cyber-attack or other catastrophic event that results in the destruction or disruption of any of our critical business or information technology systems; the level of corporate information technology spending and changes in general economic conditions that affect demand; currency fluctuations; and financial market volatility or other changes affecting the value of our investments that may result in a reduction in carrying value and recognition of losses including impairment charges.

HEE Corporation Announces Another Positive Testimonial of HPB-84
PR Newswire - April 12, 2005 07:00

HUTCHINSON, Kan., April 12, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- HEE Corporation (OTC: HCCF) is anxiously excited to launch the HPB-84 e-commerce site. One of the features of the new site will allow consumers to submit questions, comments, and upload testimonials. The most resent testimonial was just received last week.
To Whom It May Concern,

I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes last November (2004) and my fasting
blood sugar was 140 mg/dl, while my A1C test was 7.3 %HbA1c. Since
November of 2004, I have been working to control my blood sugar with diet
and exercise, which has helped reduce my fasting blood sugar to a weekly
average of 130 mg/dl.

I heard about HPB-84 about a month ago and I started taking HPB-84 two
weeks ago. Now, my average weekly fasting blood sugar is down to
116 mg/dl and my A1C test on April 4th indicated a 2-3 month average of
6.7 %HbA1c. I am convinced that HPB-84 has provided me with the
assistance needed to further control my diabetes naturally with diet and
daily exercise.

"Thank you," HEE Corp., for bringing this fine product to the USA.

Sincerely,
K. W., Las Vegas, NV

"It's testimonies like this that are going to be key in bringing HPB-84 into the market place," said HEE President Radley Brooks.
About HEE
HEE's headquarters is based in Hutchinson, Kansas.
