Then there were 3 s-8's issued to give as incentive shares to the total of 673 million shares.

Anyone got O/S, Float, AS for this thing? 70million shares each in the last 2 months is crazy. Check out the sales last year...just a couple of hundred thousand each.

I just stated o/s above. Well total o/s is now 991 million which is a 300% increase from last quarters finacials. They have been flooding the market with share with 470 million worth over the last 2 months. What is there to check out?
