NEW YORK, Mar 14, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- FreshWater Technologies Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of International Development Corp., (IDVL, Trade) announces the appointment of D.Brian Robertson as Chief Financial Officer and VP Sales, Latin America.

Mr. Robertson was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of International Development Corp in October 2004. In 2000, he was instrumental in founding Ozolutions Inc., subsequently merged with International Development Corp. Throughout the 1990's, he operated his own finance and business consulting practice, working with a diverse group of companies in North America and Latin America. In 1988 he became a Vice President and Director of Continental Securities after spending 7 years as a securities salesman with several financial institutions. In 1979, he became General Manager, Ontario Operations and Vice-President, Finance and Information Technology for F.G. Bradley Meats, Canada's largest independent meat purveyor.
Brian Robertson is a Chartered Accountant with more than 45 years of business experience. In 1959, he joined Touche Ross and Company and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ontario in 1964.
FreshWater Technologies Inc. is a supplier of chemical free drinking water solutions and water activation technology that improves the efficiency of water based heating and cooling operations.
