It could be many things but probably a mix of some. First, this is common in pink sheets. Run then slowly go back to start then run again. Just see QBID for example. Its not that its bad but common in pinks. Second, It involvement with MLON even though they denounced them there was alot of MLON faithful in this and MLON crashed. Third, there comments about naked shorting. It seems to be a cry by pinks now when their stock is going down, "its because of shorting". Its hard to say which are telling the truth in the matter anymore (boy that cried wolf) because too many use it as an excuse now. It turns off investors. Forth, The delay with the SEC compliance of being upfront with investors.
Saying all this, I am not saying this is a bad investment. If their claims are true then it can be very good. Just giving comment on why the price is decreasing. But after all is said. Its a pinksheet and chit happens.

ALSO THIS
Marketing: I have had many of you contact me regarding such things as a television advertising campaign or signing up a celebrity to pitch our product. Both are fine ideas, but again, we are too soon for marketing.
Our first step is to have our e-commerce site up and running and be certain there is no glitch in its operation. Only then, will we begin the major marketing thrust.
One thing I can say with certainly, when it comes to marketing and promotion, I have had a great deal of success over the years bringing media attention to what I believe in and I believe in HEE, you should too!
