News for 'BTOR' - (Bluetorch Inc. Announces Sponsorship of Exhibit at Orange County Museum of Art)

LOS ANGELES, Jan 06, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bluetorch Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BTOR), announced today that one of its portfolio companies, Total Sports Distribution Inc. has signed an agreement with the Orange County Museum of Art for TSABrand (True Skate Apparel(R)) to sponsor Beautiful Losers, an exhibition that celebrates contemporary art and street culture. The exhibition will run from February 6, 2005 through May 15, 2005.

Orange County Museum of Art Director Dennis Szakacs stated, "This exhibition celebrates the extraordinary creative and cultural influence of underground youth subcultures. Skateboarding, graffiti, and punk have had an amazing impact on everything from fashion and music, to literature and film, and have inspired an important generation of young artists. We are delighted that an authentic skate brand like TSABrand is sponsoring the Orange County presentation of this exhibition."

In addition to presenting works by more than fifty artists working in all media, Beautiful Losers will include album covers, skateboards, and "zines" that reveal the vitality of skateboarding and street culture and their expanding influence. Beautiful Losers: Contemporary Art and Street Culture is organized by the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco and the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati.

The Orange County Museum of Art is the premier visual arts museum in Orange County, California. Located one hour south of Los Angeles, the museum's main facility is located in Newport Beach, and the museum operates the Orange Lounge, a new media space at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Beautiful Losers will take place at both locations. The museum's program of dynamic solo exhibitions and landmark group shows links historical and contemporary art, bridges local and global perspective, and embraces a broad array of cultural activities and media. The museum is dedicated to engaging diverse audiences by providing creative commentary and illuminating dialogue on issues in our society through the arts.

Mark Connors, President of Total Sports Distribution LLC (TSABrand
apparel)
stated, "We are privileged to have TSABrand as the primary sponsor of the Beautiful Losers exhibit. Street culture and skateboarding have always been intertwined and we are glad to have the opportunity to give back to this creative community."

JMHO but I have been trading this stock on and off for about 9 months and I doubt this is the bottom. If you look you will see another thread I started on it. I used to trade it between .005 and .008 about every week or so, the runs are getting slower and now go from about .0021 to .003 about 1 evey month so I think this will drift down to about .0021 again by next week(at least thats where my buy is)In the long run I think this will go up to at least 1.00 but they would need to have one of their lines move.

JMO do your own DD and buy or sell where you feel its right.
