Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. Announces VOXBOX in Discussions With Asian Specialty Broadcaster as Reseller Partner of VOXBOX Service
LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb. 22, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB: JPHC) announced today VOXBOX has entered into discussions with a specialty broadcaster of Asian content to offer VOXBOX service to their existing 250,000 subscribers. VOXBOX is a VoIP service that is 50% owned by JUPITER. Mr. Ray Prescott, CEO of VOXBOX, said: "It is part of our marketing strategy to offer VOXBOX as a value-added service to our reseller/partner clients and this potential deal is one of several that the company is in discussions with. This particular potential client has a large subscriber base in Canada and each subscriber in Canada has family in other parts of the world which would expose VOXBOX to a minimum of another 250,000 potential subscribers. We anticipate a penetration of 10% or 25,000 subscribers from this deal. For this specialty broadcaster, being a VOXBOX reseller client and partner provides them with the ability to bundle additional services to their customers, without the added cost of building their own infrastructure."
The VOXBOX service, when launched, will be marketed in several ways to grow the service rapidly. The VOXBOX reseller program will feature numerous partners such as this specialty broadcaster VOXBOX is negotiating with.
