They also came out with a not so true PR before this one was released. I would concider buying if the price came down.

CHICAGO, Jan 21, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ZKid Network Company (ZKID, Trade) and Sharing Way, LLC jointly announced that ZKid's press releases issued on December 21 and 22, 2004 contained statements about Sharing Way, LLC that need both correction and clarification. These press releases were issued by ZKid Network Company without Sharing Way's involvement or approval. The purpose of this joint release is to clarify, correct and supplement the information in ZKid's prior releases regarding Sharing Way, LLC.
Sharing Way, LLC is a privately-held start-up company with a passion to help churches, charities and other not-for-profit organizations create new passive-income through their supporters' everyday spending. Sharing Way offers a prepaid debit MasterCard(R) card issued by BankFirst of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Sharing Way Card marries the commitment and passion people feel for their faith community or favorite charity with the desire to have the convenience of a major branded charge card, without penalty fees or added debt. Because prepaid cards are funded by the card member, no credit history or employment verification are required to qualify.
Sharing Way anticipates significant growth during 2005, based upon scheduled enrollment campaigns with one very large national charity and several large churches. Sharing Way has signed an agreement with ZKid Network Company and will be offering ZKid's products to Sharing Way cardmembers in early 2005.
Sharing Way does not have "28 million members" nor does it have a "core audience of 28 million families." In fact, Sharing Way, LLC is a start-up company and the actual number of Sharing Way card members at this time is small. Sharing Way has had conversations with a large number of churches and charities representing millions of members and supporters. Sharing Way has recently placed an order for 100,000 stock plastic cards in anticipation of a major campaign with one of America's 15 largest charities. There is no present or near-term plan for Sharing Way to market ZKid's products to any 28 million "members." ZKid's products will become part of the benefits package offered to all Sharing Way cardmembers.
Sharing Way itself is not a "charitable organization," although it does market its product to churches, charities and other not-for-profit organizations. Sharing Way, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company that was organized in 2003 with the intent of conducting future profitable business operations. No investment securities of Sharing Way, LLC are offered or sold to the public.
ZKid's releases issued December 21 and 22, 2004 contained certain statements in the nature of projections, forecasts and other forward looking statements regarding the number of members or cardholders that Sharing Way will have as of certain future dates and the number of members or cardholders that will be added during certain future periods.
