Do you have any reading material suggestions on reading the charts? I have no clue how you gain the info off them that you do.

The basic charts I typically look at are MACD, Slow Stochs, RSI, Chaikin money flow, & PPS & volume....then read up on candle formations.... they give an idea of buying pressure over a given time.
Learn these couple and it should give you a good start.

This looks like it has bottomed out and is preparing for a run up again.... It is oversold and the stochs are leveling out getting ready to turn up. There has been some increased activity this morning. I am looking to get in this afternoon when funds free up!

FOT, in your opinion, why did it come back down so far. Was there dilution, delayed news, P&D, or just daytraders getting out? It looks very interesting, I am thinking of maybe buying a few shares next week. I have also watched the show on Bravo a few times and find it very entertaining. Thanks... By the way are the markets open on Monday?

First, to answer your question about why it came back down....I believe that there are some people that got in too high and started selling off to save whatever they had invested. The MM's took advantage of this, dropping the price lower to scare more people into selling and also so they could cover from when it ran up. This is evident of the fact we are WAY OVERSOLD...
Second, I first got in when I saw the volume increase greater than then daily average. After seeing that news was expected on the LOI for "Imagine It", I saw it as a good buy. I sold most in the 30's and held some free shares. When the technicals started breaking down,I sold the remaining in the 20's.
The news on the acquistion could still come out anyday. When this happens, IWWH will receive alot of attention, and on top of that, with the national recognition of the "Celebrity Poker" naming rights, comes the potential for big profits!
The purchase price is now a bargain for what this company has to offer. That is why I have bought back in!

Bought a little high at .0008, was going to add Monday, but saw a little upward pressure and then back to .0006. Will add to my position Tuesday, .0006 looks like the price, not sure if it will dip to that .0005 level again. I agree FoT, but I was just wee bit early.

There has been no public releases indicating that the “Imagine It” deal is not going through. You should take nothing as an indication of the deal being finalized except the filing of an 8-K specifically indicating it. As for a PR upon the finalization of the acquisition if it should occur, this will be at the discretion of IWWH but generally companies like to bring good news to shareholders and that would certainly be viewed as good news.
