DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2004--
American Television and Film Company's (Pink
Sheets:ATFT) first episode of the new reality-TV show, "STAG: Raw &
Uncensored" will begin airing on Events iN DEMAND pay-per-view tonight
December 9, 2004 at 11pm EST / 10pm CST. The show will continue airing
everyday on pay-per-view the rest of December and all of January 2005.
New episodes will begin airing in February throughout the rest of
2005.
The host of "STAG", Tommy Habeeb, can already be seen every night
on television on the reruns of "Cheaters", which he originally
produced and hosted as Tommy Grand, and as host of the weekly
syndicated show "Eye for an Eye".
This special pay-per-view episode of "STAG" profiles two engaged
couples the weekend before their marriage and follows the individual
bachelors on their last night of freedom. Since it is on pay-per-view,
"STAG: Raw & Uncensored" is able to provide the viewer an opportunity
to see the footage that the FCC will not allow on regular broadcast
television.
Habeeb commented, "We're very excited that iN DEMAND wants to air
this first episode every day for two months."

American Television and Film Company (Pink Sheets: ATFT)
announced today that it has finalized an agreement with iN DEMAND
Networks, the world's largest pay-per-view and video-on-demand
provider, to broadcast six one-hour uncensored episodes of the new
reality-TV show "STAG."
Each of the six one-hour specials of "STAG" that will be broadcast
on Events iN DEMAND pay-per-view will contain two uncensored half-hour
episodes. The first show will premiere on December 9, 2004, with
replays every day throughout December and January 2005 in the United
States and Canada.
