yes, but the anticipation of the increase appears to be what drove it down and the shares don't APPEAR to be out yet, or it wouldn't have run like this......

this is the formula for a RS in the next six months...not saying they will, but this is how it's done.....
moving shares into preffered is the first step....

By the way, if you ck out past PRs (on Stockhouse), it has been showing quite a few for IDVL. Problem is, I cannot make sense out of them since they seem to be completely unrelated.
Further, Harland is CEO. I believe I read that her husband (Sydney) loaned her the $$$$s to buy control. His co. stocks are selling for a lot less than IDVL.

It hasn't been authorized, yet. Still has a low float. However, it made its 52 week low at .0009 yesterday, and looks to have recovered. Just don't know how much is left in it now. This is one that needs that group's buying pressure for a qucik run to .004+

Glass, that release was back when they did a reverse merger w/Ozsolutions. She (CEO) got the common shs for $25,000 and then exchanged them for the Pfd you mentioned.
Will, you could very well be right. Problem is I already made $$$ on it and feel I was lucky to do so.

No, I am not saying it cannot go up anymore. I do have my doubts that it will go up to .004+, without buying pressure. The thing that concerens me is not being in on the front end. At this point I feel like I am buying into a run. Anything is possible with these pennies, but right now it might have shot its wad without more buying pressure than is represented here. Been a long while since they posted a trade now, it could go either way, but my expereince cautions me about buying something that is already moved up 150% to 200%+. I know that sounds wishy-washy, but that's just my way of doing things.

From there, only 795,00 shares traded, and it drops to .002? and now .0018 .0019 bid ask?
How can that be? the trading didn't push it down, all the limit orders all were just lowered... everone just decided to lower their prices? What crap.... is this MM manipulation as people call it? Explain large price movements on few shares....
