Prevention Insurance Announces Plans to Merge with BVI Holding Co.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 28, 2004--Prevention Insurance (OTCBB:PVNC - News) has entered into a preliminary agreement with a major shareholder of BVI Holding Company to merge PVNC with BVI. BVI has substantial interests in the manufacturing for the communications industry in Hong Kong and Beijing, China. The value of the transaction cannot be determined until all financial information has been reviewed. It is anticipated the merger will obtain board approval and be completed in a 3 to 6 month timeframe.
