HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/14/04 -- Marmion Industries Corp. (OTC BB: MMON) today
announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Marmion Air Service
has received purchase orders for November totaling $171,913 and $216,834
for October. October's figure includes one purchase order for $121,857
which is due for delivery this week. September's purchase orders were
$144,348.62.

anticipate a vigorous increase in purchase orders due to the Company's
recent acquisition of a Class 'A' combination license and increased
