Networks CEO, Greg P. Bell will begin operating the Digital Business plan
for the company. Mr. Bell is recognized as one of the early pioneers and
entrepreneurs of digital media technology with more than 20 years
experience in the field.

Investors watch this one! Mr. Bell was involved in the early creation of
the technologies and algorithms that allowed analog media to be transformed
into digital bits and compressed data streams. He is responsible for
creating specific business units that capitalize on these new technologies
for a number of companies, including Scientific Atlanta, Compression Labs,
VCON International and Qwest Communications. Mr. Bell has also worked with
prestigious clients in the entertainment and sports community such as the
NFL, NBA, AFL, AOL, ECHL, UHL, Northern League and FOX. His clients and
companies have capitalized on Mr. Bell's knowledge of the world of digital
entertainment and sports distribution.

Mr. Bell and the B2 Networks team, with combined experience of over 50
years in the digital networking and distribution business, will work
closely with B2Digital to provide premium Marketing and Sales that create
sales and revenue on and for the B2Digital's TV System while providing
technical and integration support relating to the rollout and installation
of the B2Digital TV System.
