AASP and SPEA same address and phone numbers, AASP currently trading at .44, SPEA shot up yesterday as we all now. AASP is the next runner? We'll see today.

Address wouldnt be surprising, but phone numbers match too. A little investigation of the 10-Qs reveal perhaps one is a subsidiary of the other. Looks like the 10Qs show the Boreta family controls both companies:

So, should we be buying AASP? If they are the same company, you would expect AASP to be much higher than it is now, maybe next week?

If this stock has any where near the potential of SPEA, I would think that the currently avaialbe PPS of $0.55 is a good deal, IMO. We would all be kicking ourselves if this one followed SPEA's path and went crazy! SPEA is almost $10, when will it stop?

If I free up some cash I might play it, but definitely as far under .55 as I can get, and only what I can afford to lose. Just my cautious advice.
