Lets post in here companies filing for Bankruptcy.

Here are the first two.

-------------------------------------------

IACEE From today's FORM 10-QSB/A

Note E -

Other Matters

During the quarter the Company closed operations in Ann Arbor, Taylor and Troy.

Note F -

Going Concern

The accompanying financial statements have been prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, which contemplates continuation of the Company as a going concern. However, the Company has sustained substantial operating losses in recent years. In addition, the Company has used substantial amounts of working capital in its operations. Further, at June 30, 2004, current liabilities exceed current assets by $1,437,453, and total liabilities exceed total assets by $2,439,155.

In view of these matters, realization of a major portion of the assets in the accompanying balance sheet is dependent upon continued operations of the Company, which in turn is dependent upon the Company’s ability to meet its financing requirements, and the success of its future operations.

Note G -

Subsequent Event

As of October 13, 2004, the Company petitioned the court for protection under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy law. The future outcome and it’s impact on the financial statements cannot be quantified at this time.
