Business Editors LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 2004-- Broadband Wireless International Corporation (OTCBB: BBAN) announced today as a follow up to the Form 14A filed with the Security & Exchange Commission on November 1, 2004 and pursuant to the Federal Court order dated August 28, 2004, the Proxy Vote has been mailed to shareholders of record and the Special Meeting is set for November 19, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada at 3:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. Dr. Ron Tripp, CEO, said, "For several years now Broadband and especially its shareholders, have been through rough times. When I was appointed to the Board of Directors by the Federal Receiver, I took the position with no compensation primarily to help turn around the company and bring about a positive opportunity for the shareholders. I have been working with Keith McAllister and Michael Williams because I feel they represent credibility and significant business acumen, which eventually will make Broadband a major communications company.
