This is the news that concerns me. I don't know how many shares DCUT has right now, but they've just added another 5B to pay for Warner Internatinal. Then they will become Warner International. It just doesn't look very good. If anything the guy being payed should be dumping his shares. I can't say exactly how much I think they are worth, but they were a *shell* (IMO) for a long time and then they went and bought another company. Just doesn't make any sense.

I agree this has a ton of shares. There have been a lot of accumulation on this levels. I think is worth watching this one it could pop in a week or so. A gamble for me...
