Empty shell with volume today. Bouncing on chart.

Doing some DD, i found that the co. sold shares last few months to keep co. up and running for possible merger.

Malloy- Looks like we have a common stock picking trait, buying empty shells. I'm sure you already know about this site, but if you don't, check it out. Its where I find most of the shells I invest in.
