(OTC: MDDM) advises that the Company is NOT being sued by TASER International, Inc for any infringement on that Company's patents. These rumors are totally false and without foundation. They are believed to be promoted to mislead and appear to have originated at and been promoted through Internet chat and stock forums where this type of questionable activity seems to be tolerated and protected through the use of anonymous identities. The Company states that it is unfortunate that there are types of individuals that have nothing better to do than to try and create negativity and doubt about company equities, either for purely vindictive (or similar) reasons or for monetary gain as it is generally the innocent speculative investor that is damaged through this type of malicious activity as well as often the companies themselves.
