1. How many people does U.S. Crude International currently employ?
Currently, there are 2 individuals in the Redlands California offices. As more funding becomes available a greater support staff will be employed.

This is from there new web site. Its a little scary to think about. Doesn't mean they can't get funding but the way it sounds to me that dilution is going to happen soon so still might not be the best time to come aboard. But I can be wrong. The same FAQ page has a lot of hope in it but still needs the funding.

I believe they just finished a 504 placement over the last couple of months to raise 1 million dollars. I believe that was the reason why there were so many 0001 sales about a month ago, the co was dumping shares to raise capital. Hopefully the pps will now start to move up. This stock has a history of running up on no news at all. Some positive news might really get it going.

One thing I think is good about this company is its being honest. Not sure if that will help pps but it is refreshing to see a pinksheet amit to O/S, A/S, # of employees, and general financial problems. I at least applaid them for that.
