I hear you,but thats the problem with this stock,this news has been out for awhile.Great company been growing and profitable,but no buyers.someone will eventually start to notice this company.

You're preaching to the choir,I believe you.,and it looks awesome maybe people will finally realize for a penny stock this is unheard of.Instead of buying all these hyped stocks,for a penny they can get a proven,growing profitable company.i will be buying more.Thanks for info

This company is trading around a penny with a strong balance sheet and is growing revenues at over 20% a year!!
Contact them yourself and they will send you the 2003 numbers with balance sheet!!

I agree!! This stock should be trading at book value!! Most stocks on the pink and otcBB have negative equity and way more shares and are trading at about the same level or even more then this company!!

I keep waiting for people to compare these numbers and show me a stock like this for a penny,I would be all over it.Be glad to hear of some others for a penny(very rare).

This is a textile company based in Bangladesh. Dealt with these fools many years back...A sweat shop trading on the pinks. Good luck when you try to complain to the SEC...Long ways to Bangladesh. Doubtful they do much of anything.I can speak of this cause I remember 4-5 years ago the stock actually hitting 25 cents on nothing but lies and hype.. Then went to nothing and wouldn't file paperwork and went to the pinks. I use to occassionaly look on the RB board to see what was going on with the stock after I sold. All it consisted of was a few people crying and wondering why they invested in this stock in the first place. Guess if ya give it long enough people forget...But I assure you I still have the bad taste in my mouth...Looks like they are at it again....Just watch yourself...

Veltex Corporation Reports Net Income Growth of Over 270% for the First Half of 2004

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Sep 23, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Veltex Corporation (VLVT), today announced record second quarter net income of $2.0 million, or $.01 per share. Total net sales for the quarter were $10.1 million. Total net sales increased more than 180% to $21.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2004 from $7.4 million for the same period last year. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2004 grew more than 270% to $2.86 million or $.0143 per share as compared to net income of $766,238 or $.01 per share for the first six months of 2003.
The increase in net sales and net income were do to organic growth and the successful integration of the Company's acquisition of KCA Garment Industries.
Javeed Matin, Chairman and CEO stated, "We are excited by the tremendous success we have had in integrating our acquisition, growing our core business and increasing profitability. Additionally, in order to accelerate our growth we have hired advisors to help the Company explore its strategic alternatives."
