I used to own it...I didn't do so well...got in at the wrong time. Always ask yourself "is this company worth my money?" after doing your due dillegence.
If you are daytrading, perhaps your best bet relies on technical analysis and pr wires. Just my opinion.

iVoice -- Trey Resources Announces Its Subsidiary Secures Yet Another Technology Audit Assignment for the Lucrative Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Market
Wednesday July 7, 7:35 am ET

MATAWAN, N.J., July 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Trey Resources, Inc. (OTC BB:TYRIA.OB - News), a recent spin-off from iVoice, Inc. (OTC BB:IVOC.OB - News), announced today that SWK Technologies, Inc. its wholly-owned subsidiary which was acquired last month, has been awarded yet another assignment to conduct a technology audit for a public company as mandated by the new Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. These audits, which represent a new and growing profit center for SWK, were referred to SWK Technologies by a major regional accounting firm.

SWK Technologies anticipates completing many such audits in order to assist public companies in complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Sarbanes Oxley (commonly known as ``SOX'') was enacted largely in response to the large number of corporate and accounting scandals in the last few years involving some of the most prominent companies in the U.S., like Enron, WorldCom, and Global Crossing. It establishes new standards for corporate accountability, as well as penalties for corporate wrong doing. Compliance with SOX begins with the management's assessment of its internal controls over financial reporting, a complicated and expensive process. Forty-eight percent of public companies which need to comply with SOX will spend at least $500,000 on compliance, according to finance executives who participated in a recent CFO magazine survey.

``We view Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, in particular compliance with section 404, to be an enormous opportunity for SWK and Trey,'' stated Jeffrey Roth, Chief Executive Officer of SWK. ``SWK Technologies' core competency lies in the planning, testing, and documentation of IT systems for compliance with the new regulations. We assess the environment, network, and applications of the client's info structure. The market for SOX compliance, which is growing very rapidly because it is mandated by law, is in many ways reminiscent of the demand for Y2K solutions that were presented in the mid-1990's.''

``SWK is well-positioned to perform these mandated technology audits,'' added Mark Meller, Chief Executive Officer of Trey. ``Their expertise in information technology and financial software and reporting makes them well-suited to performing these critical and expensive reviews. What's exciting about this market is that most public companies have no choice; they must perform these audits or violate the law. As more and more of these public companies are required to phase in their compliance with Sarbanes Oxley in the next 12 months, we expect this market opportunity to represent a large and lucrative profit center for SWK.''

About Trey Resources: Trey Resources, a recent spin-off from iVoice, Inc., is engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of specialized communication software. As part of its plan to expand into new markets, Trey has focused on the business software and information technology consulting market, and is looking to roll-up other companies in these expanding but highly fragmented industries. iVoice and Divergintz Data Vox Solutions Partner to Speech Enable Swiss-Based Interroll

Installed on 3Com NBX, Using TAPI WAV

MATAWAN, N.J., Aug 24, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- iVoice, Inc. (IVOC), a leader in speech recognition technology, announced today that the Swiss-based firm Interroll has installed iVoice's Speech Enabled Auto Attendant through its U.S. partner Divergintz Data Vox Solutions.

Integrated with a 3Com NBX using TAPI WAV ports as connectivity, thus eliminating the need for additional hardware, Interroll's complete solution includes the Speech Enabled Auto Attendant with directory services.

Interroll installed the new Auto Attendant to facilitate communication. When customers, business partners and suppliers call in, the Auto Attendant asks the caller for the location they are calling. The caller is then connected to the appropriate sales rep. The company said the speech technology has led to a significant increase in business efficiency and has enhanced ability to deliver top service to its internal and external customers.

Auto Attendant was sold and installed by iVoice business partner Divergintz Data Vox Solutions. Divergintz is focused on providing unified communication infrastructure, applications and support to enterprise customers. Divergintz realized that Auto Attendant's system places people at ease and allows the customers to use their most natural form of communication, their own voice, to reach the person they want to speak with. Customers are able to avoid cumbersome touch-tone menus and spell by name directories. Simply say the name and the transfer is automatic.

"We are pleased to be a partner of the iVoice product suite," said Doug Riechel of Divergintz Data Vox Solutions. "Given its impressive installed base of customers, we have every confidence that our clients will greatly benefit from adding iVoice to their existing telecommunications systems. Furthermore, choosing a company such as iVoice allows us to maintain our high standards of service by offering a speech recognition solution that helps our customers leverage their existing 3Com infrastructures."
